One of the most basic needs of the people is health care. The role of health personnel in improving health services is critical. The backbone of any health-care program is qualified personnel. In this light, the establishment of a teaching hospital in the country to serve the growing number of needy people is a wise decision. In this light, a DMCRI team investigated the possibility of establishing a medical college in Nepal. Recognizing the need for aMedicalCollegein Devdaha Medical College and Research Institute has emerged in the country. The concept is based on the primary goals of promoting medical colleges and teaching hospitals in order to produce trained and qualified medical doctors on the one hand, and providing qualitative and state-of-the-art medical facilities to the people of this region on the other. Although health is the government’s primary responsibility, given the country’s limited resources and numerous problems, it is unrealistic to expect and demand that the government solve the country’s massive problems in a short period of time. As a result, with financial and other assistance from various communities, Devdaha Medical College and Research Institute will begin to implement a community health development program. DMCRI will be supported by professionals from the medical, finance, management, and academic fields who will contribute personal funds as start-up capital. The first Bach will enroll 60 students per session. The goal is to create a healthy and educated society in which children are morally prepared to face any challenge in life and are helpful and loyal citizens to their country.

The above-mentioned fee excludes the following:
1. University exam fee: As per University norms.
2. Books and other teaching-learning-related materials should be
purchased by students themselves.
3. Hostel & Mess fees shall be charged as per college rules and should
be paid at the beginning of each year.
4. Hostel & Mess fee shall be revised accordingly as per the decision of college management.
