The Russian Federation established the University. The powers of the founder are exercised by the Russian Federation’s Ministry of Health.
The University was reorganized in the form of a merger of the federal state educational institution of secondary vocational education “Ufa Medical College” of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation with subsequent education on the basis of the affiliated institution of a separate (structural) unit, according to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 12.10.2010 No. 1741-r.
