Al-Farabi Kazakh National University is the top institution in the Republic of Kazakhstan’s higher education system. It was the first to receive state certification and has established its legitimacy to carry out academic activity across all specialties and levels.

• The fee is subject to change due to USD to Kazakh Tenge & USD to INR fluctuations
• Fee calculated @1 USD = INR 78/- (1 USD =475 tenge)
• University hostel: USD 1000 (compulsory in the first year)
• Food expenses approx USD 120-150.
• The student has an option to stay outside from the second year onwards.
• Students need to pay for Nostrification fee (approx USD 30) by themselves to the university.Most important: As per the new NMC FMG 2021 regulation students need to undergo 1-year.

Admission process

• Apply for your desired faculty. Select the desired course at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University while applying.

• The Admissions Committee of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University will conduct an online exam after the application process is finished.

• After successful completion of entrance exams and payment of fees, you submit the required documents for the Education VISA
• Once your payment of fees is done and your VISA is received, you leave for Kazakhstan.

Entrance Test

All the students applying for any course at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University have to undergo entrance tests conducted by the university. The applicants interested in getting admission to the courses at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University must pass two entrance examinations.

• The Indian students who want to pursue courses in Medicine faculty at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University must provide a NEET certificate (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test).
• The Indian students who want to pursue courses in Medicine faculty at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University must have a minimum threshold score for admission to the ICC for the General Category (GC) candidates is 134 points, and for SC/ST/OBC categories – 107 points.
